ARTUR TUZBEKOV Based in Valencia, Spain
Hi, I’m Artur. Usually building something.

I build products.
And the teams
behind them.

I’ve led organisations of 45 PMs, built a business from one person to 50, and shipped my own apps. My work spans AI, B2B SaaS, fintech and consumer products. These days, that includes an AI mystery host who knows more than the players do.

01 / MADE BY ME

Ideas I wanted to use myself.

Two independent products.
Built, launched, and still being improved.

OTJIMATORLive in Telegram
Small workouts.

FITNESS · TELEGRAM MINI APPFOUNDER & BUILDER

Otjimator

I wanted a way to keep exercising at home. A simple bot became a Telegram Mini App: tell it your starting level, goal and schedule, then follow a plan, log your sets and see your progress. I still build it. I still use it.

What I built

Onboarding, personalised plans, training-load adaptation, workout logging, rest timers, reminders and weekly recaps. Tournaments add a reason to bring a friend.

The next product questions are about retention: why people stop, what was missing, and whether tournaments give them a reason to return.

Bureau of Odd Cases

A strange situation. A room full of theories. Someone asking, “Wait, was he already dead?” My Black Stories project gives the host’s job to AI, so everyone can investigate. Ask yes-or-no questions and test your explanation. In TestFlight beta, in English, Spanish and Russian.

Building the AI host

I used Codex to build the mobile app, backend and admin tools. The AI workflow separates case preparation from solution checking, with provider fallback and versioned prompts.

AI reviewers, human review and regression replays help me catch weak stories and wrong answers. The beta is where I learn which parts still need work.

These projects keep me close to the whole job: finding the problem, building the product, getting it in front of people, and dealing with what breaks.

SMALL PRODUCTS. THE WHOLE JOB.

02 / SELECTED WORK

A few decisions behind the numbers.

The context, the choice,
and what changed.

01MTS · NEW BUSINESS & P&LMake the business work for the partner.

Local intercom companies had customers and ageing equipment. Replacing it cost money they often didn’t have. A better app alone wouldn’t solve that.

I built a model combining software subscriptions and equipment leasing. Partners could modernise their services and keep their customer relationships. I owned the P&L, pricing and equipment-investment decisions, and built onboarding with Legal and technical colleagues.

When central marketing couldn’t support a partner event for another two or three months, I organised direct outreach with the team we had. The online conference brought together around 70 companies.

02SKYSCOUT · ML, B2B SAAS & FINTECHTurn satellite data into decisions.

As CPO, I led five PMs and four Product Designers across a precision-agriculture platform and an agricultural fintech marketplace.

Our crop-monitoring and yield-forecasting products combined satellite imagery, weather and field observations. Predictive models were trained and validated against actual yields. I also led product strategy for agricultural credit scoring and worked on tools for crop-breeding research teams.

To improve adoption, I brought PMs into presales and onboarding alongside Sales and used customer interviews to guide the roadmap. We conducted more than 30 B2B interviews in one quarter.

03AK BARS BANK · PRODUCT ORGANISATIONGive 45 PMs a clearer way to decide.

I led the bank’s full product organisation. With 45 PMs reporting directly to me, the structure itself needed to change.

I reorganised the function around seven Heads of Product and introduced a planning process aligned with SAFe portfolio practices. WSJF-based prioritisation helped teams compare competing work. We also established discovery and experimentation practices, including JTBD and A/B testing.

03 / THE SHORT CV

Different industries.
Plenty to learn.

From payment partnerships to satellites, banking and iGaming. I’ve managed PMs since 2013, led organisations of up to 45 PMs, and worked with engineering teams of 200.

My AI experience ranges from ML products at SkyScout to RAG prototypes at SkAIgrow and the AI gameplay and evaluation workflow in Bureau of Odd Cases.

05 / THE HUMAN BIT

There’s a person
behind the tabs.

I live in Valencia. Before that, I lived in Cyprus, where I discovered that trying to get everywhere by taxi is an excellent way to convince yourself to learn to drive.

I’ve always liked making things. AI tools have made it much easier to turn “I wish this existed” into a working app. They’ve also given me plenty of new things to break and figure out.

When I close the laptop, I run, cycle, and swim. I’ve finished long-distance triathlons and a 5 km open-water swim. I’m also learning Spanish, which is its own endurance event.
